Off to A Good Start
The Panthers started the season off on the right foot by winning a hard fought battle with the Woodstock Wildcats. The team was led by the defense with Julia, Amy, Shelby and Audrey forming a wall that made it tough on the home to team to get shots on the net. When they did get through Emily stood tall earning her first shut out of the year.
The Panther forwards Madison, Maddy, Taylor, Heather, Goose, Zoe and Raylee were relentless on the forecheck forcing turnovers all night.
Shelby picked up the game winner when she rushed up the right wing and beat the Wildcat goalie with a hard wristshot.
Goose potted a goal late on with Taylor and Audry picking assists.
