Atom BB ('06-'07), 2016-2017 (St. Thomas Panthers)

Congrats to the Atom BB girls who won silver in the Oshawa BB fall Classic.  St. Thomas had three wins and a tie in round robin play.  This great record qualified the girls to play the older and bigger Clearview Ice Cats team.  The girls played their hearts out but fell behind early and could not make up the difference. We are very proud of the girls for their hard work and dedication in this tournament, what a great way to start the year off!!! FEAR THE CAT

We had a very successful spring evaluation skate, thank you to everyone who helped out!! Thank you to all the girls for their hard work over the last number of skates.  We are happy to announce that the Atom Panthers will have two very competitive teams.  As I have mentioned before there will be two teams but we will be working together to make sure each team is successful, meaning there will be movement between the two teams.  We are expecting 3-4 additional girls by September, as a few were either late registering or unable to attend spring evaluation skates. 

We will be posting both the BB and C teams on Sunday, May 15th.  Even though there will be two teams, the teams will be working together throughout the season in practices and player movement, C team players will have the opportunity to play in BB games as we will be affiliating a number of the girls.  We are still accepting new Atom age players to the Panthers organization and fully expect another 3 to 4 girls by the time August is here.  We are also looking to add a head coach for the Atom C team, this individual will work together with me to develop and strengthen our Atom program.  If ...

We have a game scheduled on Saturday, May 14th at 2 pm in Woodstock.  The game will be played at the Woodstock Community Centre, 381 Finkle Street. We are missing a few players due to soccer, birthday parties and previous family commitments.  The following players will be in the line up for Saturday, if you are not available please let me know, thanks.
