Dryland//Fitness Training
It is important for all of the players to get back into a regular fitness routine in order to enhance their cardio and increase their activity tolerance. This will help tremendously in our games.
We will be starting dryland/fitness workouts. The first few are listed below. October's schedule will appear on the website calendar. Please meet at Locke's Elementary school at 6:30pm. Sessions will last about an hour. If the weather is not suitable, we will meet at the Joe. Please remember running shoes and a water bottle.
