Great Effort
Great effort by all the players today in Sarnia. We opened the scoring in the second period but was unable to hold onto the lead. We had many great scoring opportunities in the third but just unable to put the puck in the back of the net. We were challenged by penalties and injuries but never quit working hard. All the players adapted well to various line changes and positions throughout the game. Today's game showed what a solid foundation we have to build this team on. I look forward to seeing the players learn, improve and solidify as a team to achieve success in the upcoming season!
