First win
Well, the girls listened to the pre-game speech of "shoot pucks at the net", starting the first period with Isobel Gavilanez scoring from the point. Kendra Reaume also had a goal and an assist on the night and Meagan VanLingen pocketed an empty net goal to seal the win and a shut out for Emma Carr - who played a great game. All of the girls worked together as a team, especially in the second period when we found ourselves once again in penalty trouble, having to play 5 on 3 for over two minutes. Great job girls! An excellent team win from start to finish.
