The Chin Strap was done up tight
Well it seems to be a habit lately of a close game and well played by the girls going into third periods, this game was no different. We found ourselves short handed, which also is nothing new to the girls this season but we have limited the chances and even put pressure on going the other way. Tonight was one of those pressure nights.
Reece Coleman picked the puck up in our end looking to clear it, then she saw an opening and went for it. She ended up going end to end, masterfully stick handling her way past a couple defenders and cutting to the net. She had the goalie down and out when she slid the puck into the open cage. This made it 1-0 and that was the final score. Emma Carr recorded the shut out which is her 10th of the season and we bumped our undefeated streak to 9 games. Great job girls.
