The St. Thomas Panthers Girls Hockey Association will be hosting a Special Meeting on September 9, 2025 at 6:60 pm at the Joe Thornton Community Center - OhiOntario room
Agenda items for the meeting include:
- Review of 2024-25 Finance Audit
- Approval of updated Corporation Bylaws.
- Elections of Directors for 2025-26
Open Director Position:
We are seeking one (1) individual to join the Board for a one (1) year term as a Director of Community Engagement, a role that includes:
- shall be responsible for managing all aspects of Jackpot City Bingo partnership.
- shall manage Rafflebox initiative.
- shall be responsible for grant submissions seeking funds to support the organization.
- ensures that any law, by-law, rule or regulation stipulated within license agreements, ie. advertising of prize winners etc. are met.
- shall help facilitate distribution of marketing materials to schools or other organizations.
Nominations should be received through the STPGHA Board Member Application no later than September 7, 2025.
