Come one, come all! It is time to recruit volunteers for our year end hockey banquet planning committee. The banquet will be taking place in April or May 2025.
We are seeking adult volunteers for:
Core Planning Committee
-Planning committee members to be available for meetings to discuss overall vision and process for banquet.
-Involves delegated tasks/responsibilities leading up to and during the banquet.
Set up/tear down
-Involves delegated tasks/responsibilities for setting up/tearing down the banquet.
These roles are in addition to board member roles that will be responsible for overseeing the planning overall.
