The St. Thomas Panthers Girls Hockey Association is looking to fill the Sponsorship & Marketing role for the 2024-2025 season.
Roles and responsibilities of the Sponsorship and Marketing Convenor include:
*Responsible for obtaining sponsorships for the association as a whole.
*Distribute letters to local businesses for sponsorship/donations.
*Responsible for assembling a committee that is representative of our membership and chairing this Committee. *This committee shall be responsible for all activities relating to association fundraising.
*Obtains necessary documents to fulfill any licence requirements to conduct the fundraising activities of the Association.
*Ensures that any law, by-law, rule or regulation stipulated within licence agreements, ie. advertising of prize winners etc. are met.
*Ensure appropriate and current signage both within our home arenas and during registration periods
*Help facilitate distribution of marketing materials to schools or other organizations.
