The Panthers board are happy to announce Kurt Watson as the head coach for the U15 Tier 1 team for the 23-24 season.
Kurt Watson has been part of the Panthers organization for the past nine years. He has had many roles within the organization, coaching at the Cubs (Fundamentals), U9, U11, U13 and U15 levels; winning both a League and Provincial championship. Kurt has also been an active member of the board for the past six years. Beyond the Panthers, Kurt has coached high school hockey for more than ten years, winning a WOSSA bronze medal; as well as coaching in the WLMHA. Kurt’s ability to communicate and his hockey knowledge are what helps to make him a successful coach. He is looking forward to challenging himself, the other coaching staff and the players to grow into a successful and cohesive team.
