To keep our Panthers active during the lockdown, St. Thomas Panthers are thrilled to announce two ways for our girls to stay fit and engaged in hockey.

Back by popular demand our Annual SCORE-VEMBER event is on as a newly launched version: SCORE-UARY. Have you and your team been shooting pucks? Read on for the RULES! You and your team could win PRIZES!  

We also have 4 POWERING PANTHERS sessions booked, 1 per week over Zoom from the comfort of your homes! Read on for more details. 



The challenge runs from January 4th - February 4th, 2021 


Players: will go head-to-head against other Panther players 1 point per quality shot taken. Keep track!

Goalies: will go head-to-head against other Panther goalies. Goalies will get points for ball toss against the wall or playing catch with a teammate, parent or coach using their hockey glove. They can also take shots with their goalie stick. 1 point per quality catch. 1 point per quality shot. Keep track!

Teams will face off against other Panther teams by calculating their team total in shots.
Keep your score and submit your totals to your coaches on February 5th.
