Weekly Wellness Sessions start Tuesday

Thanks to the generosity of Domino's the St Thomas Panthers are pleased to announce the return of our weekly health and wellness sessions. 
Join us for these free, family friendly workouts facilitated by Sarah Westaway from Empower Fore Life. Each week we will not only get our sweat on but explore relevant health and wellness topics along the way. 
Join us Tuesday's starting October 16, 2018 at the Forest Park P.S. Gymnasium (295 Forest Ave) from 6:15 to 7:15 pm. Wear your workout attire, running shoes and bring a water bottle and yoga mat (if you have one) See you Tuesday...
