No teams will want to mess with the Bantam B Panthers after their kickboxing training.

The Bantam B Panthers spent Sunday working as a team at Women's Total Fitness on their kickboxing skills. The girls learned how to perfect their jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks while having a blast and building their commitment to each other as a team.
Our special thanks to Krista and Jess at Women's Total Fitness (WTF) for working us hard through a tough and physical workout and helping us build our core muscles in preparation for an awesome regular season starting next week.
