Families are encouraged to complete evaluations for both head and assistant coaches. For U15–U18 teams, players are encouraged to complete their own evaluation of their coaches. Parents are also welcome to submit a separate evaluation.
When completing this evaluation, we ask that you provide honest and thoughtful feedback that reflects the season to date. Responses should be based on your overall experience and observations, not on a single game, practice, or interaction. Your truthful input helps ensure this process is fair, meaningful, and effective.
All feedback is anonymous, however all responses will be shared with the respective coaches as a tool for development. This process is designed to support coaches by providing meaningful insight and opportunities to reflect, adjust, grow, and continuously improve the experience they deliver to our players.
