FUNdamentals
This program has been designed for beginner players in their first year of hockey, born between 2021-2014 (open to older players on a case-by-case basis). Our FUNdamentals program is an introduction to hockey program, with 1 ice time per week (Saturday mornings) with no games.
It focuses on fundamental skills, balance and agility, edging, skating forward and backward, stopping, cross overs, puck handling, passing, shooting and more.
*Players do not have to start in FUNdamentals*
U7
2020, 2019 (2021 based on availability)
Games are played (cross-ice), teams may enter into local jamborees as desired. 1-2 ice times per week.

U9
2017, 2018
Games are played within the Western Ontario Girls Hockey League. Teams enter 2-3 tournaments per year. 2-3 ice times per week + 1 night of development (October - January)
