In her first year playing after trading her figure skates for hockey skates Rachel has proven that effort and a smile can go a long way. She has had a lot of close calls but just hasn't had the puck luck until last night when she scored her first goal. The team was lifted by her goal, putting excitement back into their game. Awesome goal Rachel! Once again great job girls on never giving up.
