Panther PW 2016/17 Roster
Want to thank all of the girls for the great effort they put in over the last few weeks. I tried to provide as much feedback and communication as possible to help the girls understand the type of game we would be playing next season.
Each of them listened and made conscious decisions to keep the puck when we had it and work as hard as possible to get it back when we didn't. This was great to see. Over the course of the evaluations including the games the team was chosen based on how each of the girls performed playing against strong competition.
The following girls will make up the 2016/17 PW First Team:

Because of the PW registration numbers I was limited in the number of girls I could choose to ensure we had enough to field the second team. At this point we have 12-13 skaters and a full time goalie for that team.
In September I am planning on naming 3-4 AP players that will practice and play some games with the team.
The coach for the second team will be named this week and there will be a skate next weekend. Time is posted on the Panther website.
In the next day I will be emailing feedback to each of the players not on the final list and will be happy to meet with the players and parents after that.
