Atom B ('01-'02) - Two Ties on the Weekend

The St Thomas Panthers Atom B team travelled to Sarnia and hosted Lucan in weekend action.



The Panthers travelled to Sarnia on Saturday and came away with a 1-1 tie.  Michaela Babcock put the Panthers up by one in the third period but Sarnia responded with a late goal.  Braelyn Dennis made some key saves early in the game for St Thomas.  On Sunday the Panthers hosted the league leading and undefeated Lucan Irish.  Kailey Dennis was called on to play goal and in only her second appearance of the season looked like a veteran making some key stops.  In a fast paced exciting game the Irish would go up 1-0 early in the third period but the Panthers would strike back with a goal by Gracie Clinton. St Thomas now has a record of 11 wins, 2 losses and 3 ties in league play.
